Complex Designs

3D sand printing takes complex, intricate designs and makes them possible. By nature of the process, cores are built on a layer by layer platform. Voids and intricate details incorporated into the design are more achievable. If a production design is not correct, it can be scrapped without worry of expensive cast builds.

Expensive Tooling Cost

3D print sand cores and molds are without any tooling. While traditional tooling costs money, adds time, and limits revisions, 3D print without any tooling, saving a foundry major time and money. All that is needed is a print ready digital file of the core or mold. Any changes can be done by updating your digital file, direct to our system.

Assembly

When a project requires several cores as part of the design, and then manually assembled, then 3D sand printing is your best option. Several cores can be consolidate into one 3D printed core, eliminating all manual assembly.
