We recognize each engineering project has its unique mechanical, cosmetic, and design requirements for which an aluminum casting often represents a basic component. Our value-added services can bring that casting to you in the most complete package possible.
heat treatment
If your design requires extensive machining or elevated mechanical properties, we offer T6 heat treating.
powder coating
Powder coat paint provides an extremely consistent, durable color finish.
metal finishing
Our standard finish is dark gray steel shot blast, but we also offer other options like zinc wire blast, polish, tumble, color anodize, etc.
impregnation
This process embeds the casting’s surface with an invisible epoxy that seals the surface from potential micro-porosity.
hot isostatic pressing
The HIP process seals aluminum casting by heating and vacuuming it to refill micro pores, without extra coating like impregnation.
In-house cnc machining
We can deliver fully machined castings with our CNC mills, or do production machining.
